ChurchTech Institute is an IRS recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Iowa. It is governed by a board of faithful, wise, and committed volunteers.
The Board President, Dr. Ned Looney is actively involved in his local church as well as other area churches mentoring pastors while also serving at the local emergency food pantry. Internationally he has served on mission teams over twenty times to eight countries, often as team leader, providing health care in conjunction with an indigenous congregation and in support of local leadership. He has known Dr. Miller for over a decade an is honored to serve ChurchTech Institute in support of its mission.
Pastor Scott Licht serves the board as Treasurer. Scott is the National Director of Lutherans For Life and Pastor of Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church in Huxley, Iowa. Scott also serves as the US-India liaison for Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ. He has gone on two trips to India with Rev. Dr. Miller and has a passion for the incredible mission field of that nation.
Eric Borseth serves on the board as Secretary. Mr. Borseth is an attorney and the founder of Borseth Law Office in Altoona, Iowa. He represents several local churches as well as the public in general. Mr. Borseth is active in his local congregation and professes a love for serving his fellow man as commanded by Jesus. He has served on several mission trips to Africa and three as team leader. Eric's relationship with the Reverend Dr. Brad Miller began over ten years ago when both were members of the East Polk Rotary Club. Service to the Lord is our goal and life's calling.
Michele Kalsem serves the board as Webmaster. A mother and wife Michele has been blessed with the opportunity to work from home. She lives in Huxley Iowa where she homeschools her three daughters. She is active in her local congregation and the community serving as the webmaster for two churches and the Huxley Historical Society. She shares Dr. Miller's and the board's sense of urgency and passion for the mission field at home and abroad.
